They raised the prices when it get really good outside, I put $20 on my account which should give me 2 days, no I woke up today with 0 days remaining and I don’t have the money to put more on there so I’m going to get disconnected. Thanks a lot. This company is eating me alive.

Payless Power understands how important it is for customers to understand their billing, and we know being disconnected can be stressful. While we understand you may have some concerns with your recent billing, we would like to clarify that our 6 and 12-month plans are at a fixed rate. That means that once you enroll into one of these plans, the price that we charge per kWh does not change. The only way that your rate may change is if your current plan expires, and you do not renew into a new plan. In that instance, customers are put into a variable rate plan. Payless Power charges customers based on the amount of electricity they end up using, with the amount used included in each daily billing notification.
