This company just needs nicer customer service reps and more options to help customers.

Every call with a Payless Power representative is recorded, and a supervisor can review any call should a customer receive incorrect information or otherwise poor customer service. You simply have to contact us at 1-888-963-9363 and request for a call review. In regards to additional time, every customer can access the My Account Portal at paylesspower.com to see if there are any extension options available.
