Payless Power is a no nonsense , easy to use , pay as you go electric service. I like the daily balance notifications and the ease of the app to apply more funds when needed. Customer service people are always kind & helpful.

Payment system is easy & great. I love how they keep you updated with your account. The discount is great if you keep your bill over a certain amount which is very reasonable & manageable.

Everything’s easy as just didn’t like the fact that they changed my day rate

Love the speedy process to pay,wish payment extensions were still available

The reason why payment extensions are no longer available is due to now offering a grace period, from the time your account balance falls negative you will have till the following day before 11 am to make a payment or call in to request a Deferred Payment Plan, a $25 credit applied giving you the option to extend the service with this credit applied depending how usage is consumed.Also you can pay it back all in full when you make your next payment,or let the weekly installments be deducted till the deferred payment plan is paid back.
