I am extremely happy and satisfied with your service. This is the first time in twenty years that I feel like I have control over my electric spending. The only thing that could ever be better would be to own my own windmill lol. Keep up the fantastic work and thank you!

I’m so sick of payless power. They know that people signing up with them have no other option than prepaid and they start off with one rate and then Jack it up. I am doing everything in my power to switch companies because I do not feel like they are charging fair prices or that they care about me as a customer. Signing up with them may be someone’s only option but if you have a choice then don’t do it it ends up costing you so much more than normal electric service. Again very disappointed with the company and customer service as I have tried to call them and resolve my issues but was instead talked down to

I have been with Payless Power for over 2 years, and I am more than pleased . They make payments affordable and they have lots of payment locations including Wal-Mart. The customer service is friendly and patient, and if u can’t make it to the store or can’t add any money with your credit card, they offer payment extensions. They make me feel like they r on my side. I would recommend this company to anyone; even a family member..

I am so mad at this company. Keep getting charged 8 plus dollars a day and my a/c is not even on !!! They just take a guess on how much you use. I switched to pay less not to pay more. Jesus Christ I am on disability and can not afford this. Customer service is really bad as well. I think it is time to contact my attorney. Last time I checked it was against the law to RIP PEOPLE OFF !!

I been using Payless Power for a year now.
I have received many offers to switch and a couple even had a lower rate but the service I have had with Payless Power I just can not switch to another company . Love you guys keep up the great work.
