Enjoy the easy pay option. However, I’m not a fan of the daily text messsages & emails. I’d recommend only texting / emailing when the balance is below $25.00.

Never had many issues, just when the switch happened and the disconnect fee happened

Decent for prepaid, seems to price jump after a short while.

We do offer the Flex Pay deal if the customer keeps the account above $35.00 they get 20% off the price per kilowatt. We also offer a discount to all customers who use 17 kilowatts per day or more! So far (about a year), Payless Power has been a reliable provider. I’ve had absolutely no issues, and, since the updating of the website, I’ve never had a payment process go so smoothly. It’s a piece of cake. I’d never done pre-paid power, before, but this is too easy.
