We have the grace period of the following day to make a payment by 11 am before a disconnection notice is sent out and we also have the Deferred Payment Plan where we add half of the negative balance and $25.00 to the account to prevent a disconnection. :) Published on April 16, 2018

Love the idea that I can call put as little as $35.00 down and my power gets turned on in less then an hour.
Response: Unlike most other providers we don't charge you any opening or closing fees when creating an account with us. The initial payment you make to open an account is put in its entirety on the account for your usage. We here believe in providing you the power to pay less for you electricity!!
