I just sent you guys a message about my electricity I’ve already paid it over an hour ago and it has yet to be turned on what is going on why have I not been restored service yet

This is not a good thing , especially when the Texas heat is in play. I don’t blame you for losing patience. Our records show that your service was restored 1 hour and 50 minutes after the reconnection order was submitted. Please note that most reconnection orders are completed within two hours unless the meter cannot receive and respond to a remote signal . I am glad that this was not the case for you and that your service was restored within the quoted timeframe. Just switched to this company my balance is $44 and here I am sitting in a dark apartment with the temp in the 90s called they are closed , messaged them no response, my son has asthma and we have no AC I’m so confused tried logging in says my account is inactive! How I just switched to this company Thursday! Tried to add more money and arill no power I literally don’t know what to do

This is a critical situation and we have been trying to reach you. There is a switch hold on your address from your previous provider. Understanding how much power is used at your home on a daily basis can be quite shock to customers who are new to daily billing . That’s not a good thing and the concern is very understandable . One of the benefit of our service is that you can get better insight into what the power consumption is daily , what is consuming power and ways to reduce your cost. This is my second home ive used Payless power in and my monthly bill is less than anybody around me. I have a 5 bedroom 3.5bath 3500SqFt home that I share with my wife and 3 kids who like to leave lights on and the house stays at 68 Degrees as well and my average amount spent is about $170-$200. It’s unheard of! So thank you Payless Power
