Response: Thank you Sherry for your feedback it's greatly appreciated!Payless Power does offer ways on qualifying on saving on your usage It's called the Flex Pay discount with this you will receive 20% of your usage when balance is maintained at $35 or more. The new way to make a payment online is so much better. I like that it stores the information which makes it a lot quicker process.

There should be a 24 hour line to call. Also I think you should offer free nights or have rewards program.
