I do not recommend this company, been with them for about 3 years now and all this time I’ve been charged about 10-15$ per day. And now they added that a minimum payment of 75$ must be made if not they’ll charge you a $9.95 service fee charge. Wow

Uncaring and Heartless. Do not waste your time. just tested positive for Covid and unable to go get paycheck to.pay my bill which I have extended til 8 pm when after that they are not going to hesitate nor care that they are shutting down my electricity not only on a person who is contagious but battling illness . Last month was another debacle as I moved to another residence and they set up new account but failed to shut down the other older one and was turned off as I was paying bill on older account and not aware. I came home to my refrigerator with warm meats and veggies. Over $200 of groceries thrown away but they did not care cause they got their $13 that was owed from.other account and had audacity to say that even though I made payment to.old account that I still needed to pay at least $20 to get AC back on at new place A total.of 24 hours with no power. Reimbursement? Nope. Heartless Yeah. They are not what you guys want for energy company.

We can assure you we have options available that will help extend your bill as long as these options have not been utilized we will be able to assist you on extending your service. I really use to like this company until they went up that’s not the only issue there employee Malik hung up on me the first time never called back I called back I end up speaking with him again I ask if I could speak to a manager he hung up the phone on me that is horrible customer service he needs to be suspended or let go I work in customer things like that is unacceptable In that field he was trying to compare gas prices to my problem and it didn’t make since I tell you this something needs to be done with him or I’m gonna take It further by speaking to a CEO or something check your calls and employees!

The new policy for making payments is not as convenient. I may be shopping around for a cheaper company with rewards if I will have to make a big payment regardless

This company is a low budget scam. They over charge you an throw in all these extra charges. My minimum fee keeps changing it went from 25$ to now 40$ Which I don’t understand why. No one contacts you to notify you of anything changes on your account. The online system hasn’t worked for me since I first started with the company customer service doesn’t know what their doing obviously because I’ve called numerous times about it an it stills hasn’t been resolved. Poor service provider I regret investing any money into this company. It needs to be shut down permanently!! Highly dissatisfied customer.

They have made it to where you have to process a payment of 40 or more to even make a payment which is terrible. In this economy some barely have 20 dollars let’s alone 40 or your lights will be disc if you can not make a 40$ payment. There is also a 9.95 fee for any payment under 75$ unless you are on auto pay. I loved Payless power but this is sad and I can’t believe the company is doing this. They don’t have to worry about having power and paying the fees and the people (us) who have put them in that position not to worry doesn’t care if we struggle with this ridiculous inflation
