Well I’m new to bill paying and whatnot as my wife passed away a short time ago, but so far as I can tell this is the easiest site I’ve had to navigate through and I still have lights in my house, so… I’m going to give four stars which is the most stars I’ve ever given cuz I didn’t even know I had stars to give.

AT first it was very difficult to make a payment. Now that issues have been resolved it is easy. If I need to make changes I’ll see how easy it will be to process those. For now it is so easy to make payments. I’m very happy.
