The change over was easy no problems, I called in to ask about the rates it seems like I’m paying more they were very helpful in explaining the rates. I get a daily report of my balance and reminders when I get below my prepaid amount balance, so I’m happy.

The electricity rate is to high. But making payments and getting connected is fast and simple.
