Vanessa was the last Customer Service Representative that I spoke with and you should clone her 100 times.
Vanessa went above and beyond her job duties. She stayed on the phone with me and helped me set up all my accounts online. I’ve called numerous times and no one informed me that the problem was that I needed to use different emails and that I would have to set up each account separately. Because of Vanessa and her impeccable Service, I will continue to keep Payless Power at all of my homes.
Now I don’t have to call to bother anyone with payments and I hate to use the automated service.
