I prefer Payless Power prepaid service because it is affordable, and you can keep up with your balance as you go. They were fast with activating the service and it’s also easy to make payments.

I was really skeptical of this program at first, but I had come to my wits end with late fees, reconnect fees, disconnect fees when I wasn’t having either done!!! Then I found Payless Power ?
NO JOKE…. I put 25 or 30 a week on my account.Need a little to carry over, they’ll let you add 10. Website is easy to use, AND EVERY DAY LIKE CLOCKWORK, I get a text telling my usage, balance and if I have enough to receive discount. And I have cut my bill by more than half!!! It’s the smartest thing I’ve ever signed up for!!! #?paylesspower

We serve customers in over 400 deregulated communities in Texas with both traditional, postpaid plans on monthly billing cycles, and prepaid electricity that is pay-as-you-go with no deposit or credit check required.
We work with principal utilities throughout the state to provide electricity. The utilities are: Oncor in the Dallas and Fort Worth Metroplex and various parts of West Texas; CenterPoint Energy in Houston and the surrounding areas; AEP Central in Corpus Christi and surrounding areas; and AEP North in Abilene and other North Texas communities.
