I have been with powerless in my first apartment since April of 2018, they have been transparent and easy to work with the entire time. I get a balance check every morning so I know where I stand with my electricity usage.

So far so good..no problems with my service..i still think its a bit high on price but still cheaper than ones I’ve checked..
