Wouldn’t give them any stars if I could worse service I’ve ever had they don’t answer your complaints I’ve been being charged way more than I should be and I can’t even get them on the phone just automated systems. Would not recommend to anyone that doesn’t like being robbed.

Not sure what happened to this energy company, but ever since their so called Billing system update, it’s being ridiculously HIGH!!!! and No statement to view or see!!! Would have given them a zero star but it’s Not available☹️

Our rates haven't changed since the new system change, but the weather has definitely been a factor here in north Texas. Even if you aren't home, your home requires more energy to keep its temperature because of how cold it gets. Payless Power can only bill for what the meter reads, just like other electric companies. Very pass poor company just easy to get started . I would never recommend this company to any one ( even the devil himself) the customer service is awful no one knows a answer . your bill is so high, you are not paying less AT ALL…

super easy to use if you keep your balance over 35 bucks it’s as inexpensive as anything very easy to keep track of and make payments have been with them for 3 years could easily change to another company anytime I want but find this super easy I get a text everyday letting me know what my balance and usage is.. it’s great give it a shot super simple process to set up as well. Customer service is awesome as well.

The worst electric company I have ever dealt with , my bill fluctuates extremely different every day even though my living conditions in my home never change, they charge me anywhere from 10 dollars a day to 20 dollars a day for electricity. When I called to ask why so high when nothing in my home has changed they have no answer 2 weeks later it goes back down next day back up.
