I am so happy with this company. Payless Power. I had service with magic valley and supposely their are the no one can compete well very mistaken. My. Bill was extremely high with magic valley. The bill were from 480 to 1000 a month on a residential ( No Way I said) I had this checked out with company and they said everything fine with meter on a 3 bedroom with 2 bath home. I was very stressed out and had to move cuz I could not afford my rent with light bills extremely high. I saw. Martha Benavides on a commercial and it hit me while ai was moving to call Payless Power. I am very happy that I saw this commercial and. Boy. She was right! I manage to contol my expenses with the light and best of all Your Customer Service is very Knowable and. Attentive. Again. Thank you Payless Power Staff, Employees for all your hard. I really like this system. It helps me keep track of how much electricity I use a day and really puts things in perspective. I live in an apartment complex that a lot of teens and young adults use around my age, so I reccomeded this to the main office for new renters for kids who just moved out. Super easy to use and good to help understand how much you use a day. I love it. So now because of me, and how much I like this energy provider, my apartment complex is recommending Payless Power to new renters who need help choosing. They are always super poilite and helpful to explain. I paid 50$ to get it set up and all of it when towards my electricity. I get txts every day telling me how much I’ve used so far, how much I have left, estimated days of electricity I have available, and a link to add a payment if I want to. It’s my first provider and I don’t think I’d ever change.

I LOVE this company. No deposit, my power was turned on within 24 hours. I get a daily text and e-mail telling me my electrical usage each day along with my balance and estimated day remaining.. I can really see how what activitues affect my usage and adjust.. I never have a big bill i just add funds each pay day and add a little extra when i have it!! Honestly will never switch to any othrr electric company.. This is the best. Great customer service EVERY TIME YOU CALL IN!!
