Thank you, you have the best service of anyone in the area. In addition, unlike other companies you are willing to work with your customers on financial payment arrangements, etc. I have used the Deferment program more than once and it has saved me a great deal of pain and agony when it comes to months when I have had extra unexpected medical expenses, etc. Sincerely, , Sharla Shotwell
