The website is great easy to manage…. Now if there was a way to get the rates a bit cheaper during the next three months, it would be perfect all the way around.

I love the service! I can pay as I go and not stress out over a bill coming. I can see on a daily basis what the usage is to detect if there is something I can do to minimize the impact on my bill. What a great way to have more control and alleviate the anxiety of what it will be during the colder or hotter months.

We serve customers in over 400 deregulated communities in Texas with both traditional, postpaid plans on monthly billing cycles, and prepaid electricity that is pay-as-you-go with no deposit or credit check required.
