I do not recall any text regarding percentage increase. It appears that I ‘m paying at least 30 dollars more per month.
Response: Hello and thank you for the feedback we do not send out messages with percentage increases we don't have contracts so you are subject to kilowatt rate increase as well as when the price goes down that gets passed on to the customer which is good so your not stuck paying high kilowatt rates while in a contract we also offer discounts such as a 20% percent discount simply by keeping your balance above $35 and if your using more than 17 kilowatts you get a daily discount! Been with this prepaid company for about 2 months now, I’m very happy with their service. Their rates are unbeatable compared to other prepaid electric companies. Their connection was super fast I think it only took about an hour to get the electric on. They’re online website makes it really easy to add money to your account. I’m a happy customer.

I’ve been with Payless power for over 6 yes never had a complaint my only thing now is that they don’t have extensions anymore like before without having to get deferred..as a customer sometimes we just need extention no deferred but for the most I am very satisfied

I love how easy it is to pay over the phone and I love the daily notifications I think the rate is a little high but it makes up for it with the easy accessibility to my account

I absolutely love payless power and have tried recommending it to friends and family but the ones that I have recommended it to are still set in their ways with the same ole big electric company. Great job and very awesome customer service.

Never had a problem making a payment over the phone until today. Now I’m glad I tried online payment. Super easy and much faster than over the phone. Love the save feature. Convenient.
