Response: Keep in mind we do offer a few different ways to qualify for additional rate discounts. The first, is to keep your account balance above 35.00 at all times, and secondly, if you use more than 17 KWH per day you are eligible for another discount!! It has been only a positive experience dealing with Payless Power. I appreciate the daily text that keeps me informed about my status and usage. It helps us conserve our usage on a daily basis.
