You guys are awesome! No other utility company (or business of any kind) will give you a $25 loan and not charge a fee. My balance was —$. 54 and I couldn’t make a payment until Friday. They gave me a credit of $25 and let me pay it back over a few week period…. And didn’t charge me a fee of any kind! Thank you!
