By maintaining a balance above $35 you can save 20% off our standard rate. Also a helpful source is registering your meter with www.smartmetertexas.com. This a free site operated by the State that shows you how much energy you home uses in increments from 15 minutes to a month. Needs to lower the kWh price at least 2 pennies
