I love Payless power I’ve had them for a couple years now I love the easy payments I love the payment plans that they help with I love the non disconnection on the weekends I love that they let you go negative you know to a minimum point I love they give you an extension on the day that you are negative I love the $20 minimum but I really did love I miss the $10 minimum even more the only thing is y’all need to do an app for Android

I’ve been with Payless power for years and I could not be more happier even though they have upgraded I still would recommend them to anyone..The best thing about Payless power, they can tell you how much you said you have used in a day and that let you know if you’re using too much! Thank you Payless power!!

Y’all are awful you don’t help people when they are not able to pay even when you have a disabled person in your home you went on the rates you don’t offer the discounts anymore Imy looking to go to TXU.
