My fiance and I have tried everything to crack this system to see if it was flawed and to our amazement we were able to see a rise and a drop in our daily usage by leaving lights on or turning them off or leaving things plugged in or not plugged in I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to save money.

Helpful customer care. But i don’t like the way you charge an estimated reading
Response: Hi Jay - we understand that customers do not like estimates. We actually will never estimate your bill unless there is a delay in receiving the daily meter read. If this happens we will perform a true up the following day to make sure that your usage and payments are accurate. We will then resume using actual meter reads just like we do on a daily basis.
I am a working college student and it is my first time living on my own so I was nervous about bills but Payless Power is great I love having the daily texts to know where I am at with my balance. Also it is very affordable for my budget. I am grateful!

These guys have great customer service! They are great if you have bad credit and can’t pay a deposit fee- are a little more expensive than other electric companies.
