Customer service was very friendly and helpful when I was looking into getting electricity. After deciding to go with y’all, I noticed I’m saving a lot more. I like being able to add money to my account whenever without there being a set date. I also like the daily text updates. The site is very easy to use. Over all, I give a 5 stars.

Very easy to pay. Don’t miss paying, they shut it off quick. They do help with extensions. Let them know if you need help.

Too expensive for prepaid plan, looking to switch to a different electricity company soon but if you prefer prepaid go for it .
