Payless Power bills customers based on the amount of electricity they used, and if more electricity is used the higher the billing will be. I have been a customer for many years and I find your business straight forward and easy to keep up with. I find that the daily usage alerts help me to budget and shows me in real time when I need to cut down on my electric usage. It’s a good way to keep my bill in check without a big surprise at the end of the month.

I wish There was better education on the browser. It seems that I always get an error of fraud saying that I have out on my end. The agent never explained it will help me go through the correct way.

We serve customers in over 400 deregulated communities in Texas with both traditional, postpaid plans on monthly billing cycles, and prepaid electricity that is pay-as-you-go with no deposit or credit check required.
