last time when I paid $ 30.00 on 8/28/18. I also enrolled and submitted auto pay when it goes down to $10.00 and, I will have 20% discount. I have not seen that. Poor customer service or inefficient online service maybe.

I would recommend this prepay company to anyone, its easy to set up and they turned on my service at once. Making a payment was easy as well. The only negative is that if you run out of money they charge you. So keep an eye on the account.
