Don’t like the fact next day is gone went from using $7 a day to 13 for some reason and cannot talk to a customer service representative when you call

Payless Power understands you have some concerns with your recent billing, as well as the importance of attempting to contact us when you need it. Customers are billed based on the amount of electricity they consume, and if more is used they may see a larger charge. Customers will typically consumer more electricity during the summer and winter times with the usage of air and heating units for their respective seasons. You can always review your billing via the My Account Portal at paylesspower.com as it will break down what charges you receive on each of your bills. In regards to reaching a live representative, you can contact us at 1-888-963-9363 We have Customer Care Representatives available Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM We offer after hours email support at [email protected] with these hours: 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 Pm on Saturday 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM on Sunday Published on February 14, 2025
