This company is trash!! Terrible customer service. The signed me up and didn’t even have my information correct in the system so they never sent me any notification about my service. I come home from work lights off tried to call they are closed after 530 so don’t expect to get the lights back on then I went to try and make a payment it wouldn’t even allow that. Now I had to go to planet fitness with my son to shower and sleep in my car just to have A/C and have my phone charged for work in the morning. I advise you don’t do it I hope you guys makes it to the reviews this is the true example of a company that’s fishing for money while doing the bare minimum for the customer they charge you $5 if you put less than 75 on the lights and want you to sign up for automatic payment but I bet if I did that all my card would’ve had no problem being charged
Response: Mr Ennis- You comments state that you signed up for service and your information was entered incorrectly by the representative, so you never received any notifications . This resulted in you getting disconnected and you did not realize this until after hours causing you to have to take your son to Planet Fitness to shower. This is a serious situation, and we apologize for the inconvenience. I do see that your notifications are set for email only and text notifications were not enabled. I also see that an email was set up for you that’s appears to have a different spelling of your name . We will review your enrollment recording and if this confirms that the representative incorrectly entered your email address, we will waive the early termination fee.
