Not a big fan of the 75 min ti avoid the fee
Response: Ms. Medina- Your comments about the changes are understandable. Please note that your can avoid the fee and making larger payments by enrolling in Autopay- you can set autopay to deduct payments as low as $40. Making larger payments will actually improve your customer experience once you get in the rhythm of doing it. This company is a low budget scam. They over charge you an throw in all these extra charges. My minimum fee keeps changing it went from 25$ to now 40$ Which I don’t understand why. No one contacts you to notify you of anything changes on your account. The online system hasn’t worked for me since I first started with the company customer service doesn’t know what their doing obviously because I’ve called numerous times about it an it stills hasn’t been resolved. Poor service provider I regret investing any money into this company. It needs to be shut down permanently!! Highly dissatisfied customer.

Those are reasonable concerns and it’s easy to see why someone would be upset. Please note that we sent notifications regarding the changes on May 16 and again on May 27 . These changes are necessary to keep our rates manageable in the midst of record energy process across the globe. A supervisor will contact you to rectify the situation with your portal login. They have made it to where you have to process a payment of 40 or more to even make a payment which is terrible. In this economy some barely have 20 dollars let’s alone 40 or your lights will be disc if you can not make a 40$ payment. There is also a 9.95 fee for any payment under 75$ unless you are on auto pay. I loved Payless power but this is sad and I can’t believe the company is doing this. They don’t have to worry about having power and paying the fees and the people (us) who have put them in that position not to worry doesn’t care if we struggle with this ridiculous inflation

This is understandable but the changes are necessary for us to be able to keep our rates among the lowest available in Texas . We do have options to help you get to a point where you can make larger payments instead of multiple smaller payments. My power has been off for 12 hours. I paid these people 7 hours ago and now it’s midnight and me and my kids are just sitting here sweating and still have no power. There is no one to contact or get back to us. Do not recommend this company what so ever. They will leave you and your family high and dry
Response: Mr. Lee- Your comments state that you paid to reconnect your service but 7 hours later our power was still off and you could not contact the company. It is definitely a bad thing if a reconnection is delayed… especially if you have kids. Anyone would upset. A review of your account shows that the reconnection payment was made towards an older terminated account. Once the funds were transferred it looks like services were restored in 1 hour.
