It’s an alright service. Don’t like the fact that power immediately gets cut off after non payment, left my dog in the heat for several hours while I’m at work because of that reason.

While customers will be at risk of a disconnection should their balance fall below $0, they have until 12pm noon to make sufficient payment or request for any of our extension options. Accounts funded after 6:00 PM, on Sundays, or on holidays will be connected first thing the next morning. Actual timing depends on your local utility company.
