Relatively smooth website and payment process. Sometimes the little menu that presents your plan options will display an option that you can’t actually click onto and enter into that plan right away, and that’s my only complaint. I love that yall send out text reminder to pay the balance that includes a link to the payment portal. It’s all the ease of an auto payment system but I can still track my energy use as I make the payments each month. Good company!
