I love the service and being able to control our usage but if I may make a suggestion on extension time. I feel we should have extension of 72 hours after we go into the negative because sometimes it run out a couple days before payday. Hopefully Payless power would grant us all this type of extension. Also, that when winter comes the rate of usage should slow down. I put 120 dollars on the 12th of December and it said I had 16 days remaining but now it’s the 18th and I’m in the negative because I try to keep the house warm for me and my children. Other than that I still love the company just hopefully they think of my suggestion for extension time. Thank you for the help and electric service .

Payless Power offers 2 types of extensions, Same day account protection till 8PM, and a deferred Payment Plan where a credit is applied to your account and this will give you an extension for a few days.
