They get the service ready same day I requested, daily updates in your consumption rate which allow you to control it. You can monitor your status rate in the web page. Price is very acceptable.

I wish I could give this company zero stars! I do not have this company as my utility provider, nor do I plan to ever use them! This company withdrew money from my account and they refuse to let me talk to a supervisor or management when I call. Customer service is horrible!

Unfortunately, since you do not have a Payless Power account, the only action that can be done is for you to report the fraudulent charges to both your bank and the authorities.
