For our family of 5 living on a budget I love this service. Only issue is sometimes I can’t understand why the usage goes up for the day even though we use same appliances but by far the best plan and company for our family.

Simple. Straightforward. Accurate. Do not appreciate the fee for less than $75, however. Clearly, I wouldn’t have extra money if I’m having to put less at the time.

Easy to sign up and use and so far it has been cheaper than direct energy, who was my previous provider. I am paying technically 1 cent less per kwh. But direct energy was actually charging me $513 a month in winter! Impossible! But Payless power has been great so far and I keep track of daily usage.
