Over billing,gave 40 bucks just yesterday and sucked all the money in a day

Payless Power bills its customers based on their usage, so if more electricity is used, you may receive higher billing. Winter is a time when customers use an exceptionally high amount of electricity as their appliances are used against the cold air.
