i love being able to pay this way i can pay when i get paid every week and not have to worry about being disconnected and i can see how much electricity i am using and try to cut back.
Response: The best feature our prepaid service offers is the ability to view your daily usage charges, through the daily texts, and make changes accordingly to fit your budget. Not only do you give you the power to pay less, but we also give you multiple payment options. Even if you unable to get ahold of our live representatives, we always have options available to you to make payments that way you can avoid getting disconnected. Payment a breeze. Text message with available balance very convenient. I hit the link on my text message and within one minute I’m done adding money! I choose my payment option and amount then immediately receive updated confirmation. They make everything very clear and easy to navigate!
