I feel like the daily cost has increased since the new system.

Payless Power does offer ways on qualifying on saving on your usage It's called the Flex Pay discount with this you will receive 20% of your usage when balance is maintained at $35 or more. Accounts funded after 6:00 PM, on Sundays, or on holidays will be connected first thing the next morning. Actual timing depends on your local utility company.
