What is going on ? I didn’t even have the lights on sat or sun and a bill occurred today. This is such a faulty company.

It’s difficult to even make my necessities of life after I recently suffered a stroke and heart attack at the same time. Before my stroke I had congestive heart failure and had to have a pacemaker put in. I can’t work anymore, I have lost most of my income because I had an elderly gentleman who i had taken in my rented house that is dilapidated and eaten up by rats in the attic and outside, my pipes burst for the 3 rd time and on the last burst I had to pay for them myself. I am behind on my car note, car insurance, rent, credit cards, i had to pay my mechanic over 700 dollars because I had a faulty electrical system and had a new battery put in i bought from Walmart in from Walmart in the past 4 months and had to buy another one because they said it wasn’t the battery even though it was. I owe the va over 15,000 dollars because I have tri-west with co- pays i owe hospitals, I owe for the alternator i unfortunately had to replace and I could go on and on and on about everything else I am behind on.

DONT DO IT.. as a senior citizen on a fixed income my average light bill on a weekly basis is $120. That means I play close to $500 a month for service with this company. I do not suggest anyone to get involved with this company unless you approved of being ripped off… senior citizen, should have rights and should not be treated like this. I do not advise anybody to ever do business with this fraudulent company.

Please keep in mind that Payless Power charges customers based on the amount of electricity you consume, and your home seems to be consuming a high amount of electricity every day. We always recommend that customers review their billing via the My Account Portal at paylesspower.com You can also utilize the smartmetertexas.com website, which will break your consumption down into 15-minute intervals so you can see when you consume the most amount of electricity. Since your home appears to be small and older, we would recommend you or any potential landlord to hire an electrician.
