As soon as my acount is under $35 my daily usage goes from less than $5.00 a day to $8.00. – $10 00. I understand this is a company that help people with bad credit or who cannot afford to put down a deposit for a normal electricity company so we are forced to pay more essentially making us stay in poverty. I also understand that you guys are trying to make your money but I think it’s a little extensive the amount we are being charged after our account reaches an amount under $35. Other than that i havw no problems at all great company I do however think the rates are kind of insane. I went from using $3.45 a day when I was over my $35 minimum to using $10 a day when it was under $35 .

Please note that Payless Power offers a bundled rate, this includes the energy charge, delivery and meters charges. By maintaining a balance above $35 you can save 20% off our standard rate.
