I think extensions should be brought back

Affordable would recommend a no stop policy towards paycheck to paycheck customers

We have the grace period of the following day to make a payment by 11 am before a disconnection notice is sent out and we also have the Deferred Payment Plan where we add half of the negative balance and $25.00 to the account to prevent a disconnection. :) Published on April 16, 2018
