Fairly expensive compared to similar prepaid electric companies
Response: Hi James- Thank you for being our customer and taking the time to give your feedback. There are 2 things to keep in mind regarding Payless Power. The first is the Flexpay discount. You can save 20% simply by maintaining your balance above $35. We also bundle our rates. This means that we do not advertise rates with the transmission and delivery fees separated out. When you factor these things in Payless Power is actually cheaper than most pre-paid providers :) Published on April 03, 2018

I’ve had several power companies over the years, and I always keep coming back to Payless power. They don’t hide fees, and are very nice when you have to call in. Love Payless power!!
