I have had a huge problem contacting customer service in the past. It seems a phone number for them appears to be difficult to find if one needs immediate service. I miss the daily amount of money used on top of the kiliwattage used. Made tracking how much I’m using easier. Because one doesn’t reference the amount their using by kilowatt because it doesn’t immediately translate to money immediately for the average person. I used to know right away how many days I had left by the amount of money i had been using daily and my balance. This way I could plan accordingly.

Pretty good so far. I put $50 dollars on my account and it lasted 2 weeks w/ air conditioner running constantly so its not to bad

Keep in mind that our rates are bundled which means that we do not separate out the energy charges from the transmission charges. many competitors use this tactic which makes their rates look cheaper than they really are.
