Love Payless just miss the extension on bill
Response: Good morning Terrinique, thank you so much for your feedback it's greatly appreciated(: Yes we do apologize for no longer offering the extension till 5pm same day. But what we do offer now is when billing runs at 9 A.M in case your balance falls negative that day you will have till the following day before 11 A.M to make a payment or call in to request a deferred payment plan. I really like this service and it’s definitely cheaper then going through the electric company so prepaid is definitely the way to go but my daily cost was $0.88 and now it’s around a dollar something everyday and I don’t really know why but for the most part I’m happy with the service

Great way to get electric alyhoough I think the rates are pretty high

Payless Power does offer ways on qualifying on saving on your usage It's called the Flex Pay discount with this you will receive 20% of your usage when balance is maintained at $35 or more. Service is very convenient and customer service representatives are extremely helpful, offer advice, and suggest solutions. Customers are concerned with maintaining electricity in their homes and sometimes need assistance in times of financial difficulties, and this company offers those solutions.
