The payment process was very easy and I highly recommend having/getting Paypal as an option to customers to pay their bills. I also would like to say that your automated extension was easier than me having to call and talk to someone every time. I personally think the company is improving but there is still work that could be done to make things better for the customer.

I like the old way you gave three day extensions. The new way isn’t customer friendly and it IS a competitive market!????

We haven't offered the 3 day account protections since over 2 years to help customers not get into a high negative balance were it became difficult to make payments. With our new system we do give you till the next day to make a payment before 10AM or we also offer Deferred Payment Plans if you aren't able to make a payment. Great service without issues. Daily reminder of account details without having any extra calls or texts. Easy to stay on top of if you’re busy (or forgetful) and definitely affordable. Oh yeah. And screw you just energy……
