Could improve on call waiting time

We apologize if you have waited to speak to a live representative for a long period of time, it is something we have been working on to change, we do offer the option for us to call our customers back if they can not hold, and the payless portal has been updated so that our customers can navigate and make adjustments with out having to call in and be put on hold!!! Payless Power does offer ways on qualifying on saving on your usage It's called the Flex Pay discount with this you will receive 20% of your usage when balance is maintained at $35 or more. Enjoy the easy pay option. However, I’m not a fan of the daily text messsages & emails. I’d recommend only texting / emailing when the balance is below $25.00.

We do offer the Flex Pay deal if the customer keeps the account above $35.00 they get 20% off the price per kilowatt. We also offer a discount to all customers who use 17 kilowatts per day or more!
