I like the convenience of seeing my balance via email and being able to make a payment right away if needed.

The daily reminders are there so that there is no surprises when it comes to the billing and it gives the customer the chance to make adjustments on usage if needed. Excellent, fast service. You choose the amount paid and when to pay. Maximum flexibility! Also, they keep you up to date with the amount of energy used every day via text. Slow your usage down for a day or two to save money and you can see you wattage usage drop within a day. You are control not the electric company! Love it.

This company over charges I pay $6 a day and live in an apartment that is 500 square feet. Such a rip off

You can get more details about your meter if you register it at http://www.smartmetertexas.com This will show you in real time what you have already consumed in increments of 15 mins.
