When I was looking for an electric company I needed to find the cheapest way to get started. I’ll admit, when I first found Payless Power and read the negative reviews I was very skeptical about trying them. But my sister uses them, has never had any problems and just loves them, so I decided to give them a try. I’m very glad I did. I haven’t had a single problem. When I do have a question about something and have called customer service, I have found them to be extremely helpful and professional. Adding money to my account is quick and easy and the rates are so low! I’m very thankful for Payless Power.

Great daily usage notifications. include kWh used in addition to balance in text message alerts.

I would give it 5 stars but I can’t access monthly invoices online.

Every customer should be receiving them as long as they have signed up for us to send them messages and monthly statements. Like that i can make payments but rates are way higher than what i was paying with other companies such as reliant, txu. Its a bit of rip off but again i like the fact that when u fall on hard times you can make payments to keep lights on
Response: Thank you Delereal for your feedback it's greatly appreciated. Please note that Payless Power offers a bundled rate, this includes the energy charge, delivery and meters charges. Payless Power does offer ways on qualifying on saving on your usage It's called the Flex Pay discount with this you will receive 20% of your standard rate when balance is maintained at $35 or more.
