The payment process was very easy and I highly recommend having/getting Paypal as an option to customers to pay their bills. I also would like to say that your automated extension was easier than me having to call and talk to someone every time. I personally think the company is improving but there is still work that could be done to make things better for the customer.

I like the old way you gave three day extensions. The new way isn’t customer friendly and it IS a competitive market!????

We haven't offered the 3 day account protections since over 2 years to help customers not get into a high negative balance were it became difficult to make payments. With our new system we do give you till the next day to make a payment before 10AM or we also offer Deferred Payment Plans if you aren't able to make a payment.
