The new way to make a payment online is so much better. I like that it stores the information which makes it a lot quicker process.

There should be a 24 hour line to call. Also I think you should offer free nights or have rewards program.

We serve customers in over 400 deregulated communities in Texas with both traditional, postpaid plans on monthly billing cycles, and prepaid electricity that is pay-as-you-go with no deposit or credit check required.
